You can use TrustSwift to find, compare, and hire trade professionals ("Professionals"). While we vet Professionals through our verification process, we are not a party to any agreement you enter into with them. We are a platform for connection, and any work arranged is a contract directly between you and the Professional. We do not guarantee the quality of the Professional's work.

For Professionals

By creating a profile on TrustSwift, you agree to provide accurate and current information about your business, qualifications, and services. You are responsible for all work you perform for homeowners you connect with through our platform and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Accounts and Registration

To access certain features, you may be required to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Verification and Trust Score

Our verification process (including "Green" and "Gold" badges) and "Trust Score" are based on information provided by Professionals and data collected through the platform. While we make reasonable efforts to verify information, we do not guarantee its accuracy or completeness. These features are intended as guidance and not as an endorsement or guarantee of a Professional's work quality.

5. User Content

You are responsible for any content you post, including job descriptions and reviews. By posting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content in connection with the Service. Reviews must be truthful and based on your firsthand experience.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of TrustSwift and its licensors. Our trademarks may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TrustSwift shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of the Service; (b) any conduct of any third party on the Service, including any Professional; or (c) any content obtained from the Service.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
